Adéla Schicker Doušová

contemporary jewellery designer

*1984 works in Prague; Czech Republic

Adela studied at the studio of painting at Academy of Arts, Architecture & Design in Prague (UMPRUM) and at the studio of jewellery by Vratislav Novák in Pilsen. Within her studies she also took internships at the jewellery studio in UMPRUM and in Sheffield, England.

She approaches her production in a playful and conceptual way, however she also works with jewellery in its applied form.

Since 2012 member of group UKOLEM;

Art group formed by several students of AAAD in Prague. Its aim is to combine various artistic disciplines within projects and installations moving the borders of design and fine arts.
